So I just started this thing as a way of keeping track of all the messing around I do with my laptop.  I’m a freeware junkie and kinda OCD about my Windows config, even though I’m still pretty much clueless about a lot of stuff.  Planning on diving into Linux soon, too, God help me.  So here I am, making an ass of myself anyway, getting it out of my system and sparing my bf hours of inane technobabble.
